Cosby has been charged with three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault. If found guilty, he could face 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

For a second day, the woman who has accused Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually molesting her in 2004 took the witness stand in a Pennsylvania courtroom.

Cosby has been charged with three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault. If found guilty, he could face 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
Andrea Constand, answering questions from the prosecution, frequently choked up while describing the alleged incident, according to ABC News.

"He opened his hand and he had three blue pills in his hand, he said these will help you relax," Constand told the jury.

She then described the physical effects of the pills, saying she tried to move her hands and legs, but was "frozen." She also said Cosby refused to tell her what the pills were.

"I began slurring my words," Constant testified, as reported by The Los Angeles Times. "I told Mr. Cosby I had trouble seeing him that I could see two of him. My mouth was very cottony."

Once she was incapacitated, Constand said Cosby penetrated her with his fingers, but she was unable to stop him.

During questioning on cross-examination, Constant admitted that she had been alone with Cosby prior to the alleged sexual assault even though she first told law enforcement otherwise.

When asked by prosecutors why it took her a year to come forward with her allegations, Constand claimed she feared retaliation by Cosby.

Although some 60 women have accused Cosby, now 79, of sexual misconduct, this is the first time he has been charged with a crime. However, he insists he is innocent and that any sexual encounter with Constand was consensual
